These Terms of Service govern your use of this store and purchases made from CyberVentures. By accessing the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the store.

Store use and eligibility

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the store.

Products, pricing, and availability

We aim to describe products accurately, but colors, packaging, availability, and product details may vary from how they appear on your device. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice. An order confirmation does not guarantee that a product is available or that an order has been accepted.

Orders and payments

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory availability, or inability to verify payment or shipping details. If we cancel an order after payment authorization, we will handle the applicable refund through the original payment method. See our Payment Policy for more information.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates, delivery practices, and eligibility for returns or refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. In particular, returns are limited to verified damage or a material fulfillment error within the stated claim period; change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or exploit store content without our prior written permission or the permission of the applicable rights holder.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CyberVentures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
